Payment and Insurance Details

Kang Corrective Chiropractic, P.C. is an out-of-network provider, which enables us to offer highly specialized, individualized corrective care without the restrictions often associated with in-network insurance agreements.

If your health insurance plan provides out-of-network coverage (also known as PPO benefits or reimbursement for non-participating providers), we’ll gladly assist by supplying you with detailed, itemized receipts (superbills) following each visit. You can then submit these directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your specific plan.

We also accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards for payment, making it convenient to use your pre-tax funds toward your care.
